My Question or Issue
This is not my premium account. My premium account has been randomly logged out. When I try to log in on my phone or my PC, it says "Incorrect Username/Password." I know for a fact it is not incorrect. My account was not linked with Facebook, so I cannot log in that way. My account was under the Hulu/Spotify membership.
When I use the reset password link, it confirms that an email has been sent to my email, but there is no email to be found anywhere in any folder. I am submitting this ticket under a new free account because I have no way of logging in to my premium account.
Please help. I just want to listen to my music again.
