Server Error when I try to upgrade

After signing in through my Facebook account, telling it to upgrade me to Premium and selecting Visa as my payment method, I keep getting this error message.

For some reason, the screenshot of it isn't showing up anymore.  Here's the text of it:

Hoping this was just a temporary blip, are you still having issues?

The error continued all night, and for awhile I couldn't even log into the support forums.  Restarting and clearing cookies made no difference: whenever I tried to log into the forums, I kept being told that I needed an email address to receive a lithium token.

A little before 8 AM, though, both errors disappeared.  My payment to Spotify just went through.
