Please, solve this issue!

I wish to start the 60 days trial, and pay with a credit card. However, I always get this issue when I'm trying to make a payment.

This is the worst payment system I've ever seen!

I tried it over 10 times, with different browsers, and got in anywhere...

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies? Maybe you can also try using a ingocnito window.

I've had the same problem. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app on my phone 6 times already. I'm not TRYING to become a premium member...I already am, and still can't log in. I paid for premium july 21, and used it last on July 22. I haven't been able to login since.

Most phones/computers have at least two browsers. Use the other browser - thats was easist and worked for me!

I had this issue as well and just opened it in an incognito browser and I was able to update my credit card. Clearly something is broken and needs to be fixed, but in the meantime this solution worked.
