[Solved] Spotify does not change the country setting despite of all the measures.

I've followed the FAQ 100% precisely and accurately but poor Spotify does not change the account's country. The only thing changed is the language shown in the UI.

 

EDIT: I didn't realize that the new billing date hasn't been changed yet, because Spotify actually billed me with the new payment method 😞

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you manage your account settings.

 

We're happy to hear that everything worked out. Just to make it clear, when you account is on Premium, changing the country is done by updating the payment method to one issued in the new country. However, this change isn't instant and will only switch over on the next billing date, which seems to be the case from your description.
