You can use your username instead of email to reset your password as well.
More details on how to find your username (that might be different from your display name) can be found here.
There's also an option to get it from a link to your Spotify profile. The username is the part between user/ and the ? symbol.
If after that you're still not able to log in, make sure to contact Customer Support using the link from the first article.
You can close the notification about COVID-19, choose Logging In > I can't log in to Spotify > I still need help (blue button at the bottom) > provide all the necessary info there > click Start chat/Send question
If you decide to contact Customer Support, keep in mind that it might take some time due to the current situation. If you get an automatic reply, make sure to respond to it and someone will email you back as soon as possible.
