Some else is using my spotify

Some else is using my spotify

Hello,

I think I have been hacked. I have already signed out everywhere, but he came back. Then I changed my FB password (as I'm linked with fb) and then signed out everywhere but he keeps coming back. How can I get rid of him? He's been on my account for as far I know of 1 week. It can be no one I know as I only logged in on my phone and computer.

Hi @TimoWesterhoff,

I recommend you get in touch with Spotify support:

You can contact support on twitter @SpotifyCares Or you can email Support here.

If you receive a No-Reply email that says to check out the FAQ or Community just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply.

Good luck!

I've noticed lately that I also have this same issue.  Everytime I go into the "recently played" list there is always some Artist or Song that I have NEVER listed to.  I just sent e-mail to support.  I also signed out of devices and reset password. I hope that helps me.
