Somebody hacked my account and there is nowhere to contact Spotify

Somebody hacked my account and there is nowhere to contact Spotify

Somebody changed the email account on my spotify account and there is nowhere on this joke of a website to contact anyone.  I can't log in because the account information has changed.  I don't want to ask the "community", I want to talk to an actual Spotify employee.  Is that even something I can do, or is this website completely worthless?  Now someone has access to my account and probably my card, but I have to post this in a forum?!  Somebody from spotify needs to contact me IMMEDIATELY.

The Spotify Community is a place for other Spotify users to help troubleshoot issues in an attempt to bring down the number of cases handled directly by Spotify support. That being said, confidential account details need to be handled by Spotify staff members, so you need to get in contact with Spotify customer service. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.

That is not helpful in any way.  I need to know how to contact an ACTUAL EMPLOYEE, not post my problem to a stupid facebook or twitter account.  I had to create a new account just to fill out a contact form, and now I'm just supposed to wait while some a**hole has access to my account and check card?  Is this seriously how this company does business?  Nobody else in this "community" needs to respond to my post, just get me in touch with someone who can actually do something about this.



The Facebook and Twitter accounts are both run solely by Spotify employees. Send them a message and they will be able to help you 🙂
