Somebody log in everytime that I don’t now

• I have problem with something. There is somebody that log in every time that I have changed mij password and I did that several time. I have all ready ant this to the helpdesk I have done what they say. And it happend again. It is somebody that comes from France and I don’t know but is there a host or something because now I am starting to be crazy now. Is there a way that I can prevent that this can stop and that this never happend again. Please help me.
