Solved!

Someone accessed my account twice, deleted a bunch of my saved songs and added their own.

Is there any way to revert back? I lost many of my saved songs.

I have changed my password now and logged out of all devices.

Hey, @demlow -

That's not cool! I suggest following the guide here as soon as possible: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/someone-has-gained-access-to-my-accoun...

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.

Thank you 🙂

Hey @demlow!

Sorry to hear this. You did the right things though to secure your account back 🙂

It may be possible for you to recover your playlists. The information here will explain how to do this:

Let me know how it goes!

Hello,

Thank you for your reply! It was not a playlist that was deleted, rather it was most of the songs listed in the YOUR LIBRARY->Songs section.
