Someone changed the email of my account and added a family package

Someone changed the email of my account and added a family package

Hi, I cant access my account. I check my emails from a mailbox i don't check so often and noticed I have received an email on april 15th 2018 for a change of email and I wasn't the one who changed it. Plus, someone added a family package to my account and it has been charged on my credit card. I need help to stop this.
