Hi there,
I've used my Spotify on a few laptops that haven't been my own, but have always signed out (to my knowledge). Lately, I've had my sessions paused due to signing in elsewhere, and have noticed random starred tracks in my account. I've just changed my password, but is there anything you can do to help?
Thanks,
S

Hi alicekj- There doesn't seem to be anyone on your account either.
Are you signing in with your 'alicekj' username and that new password? What error codes/ messages are you receiving?
Oh it looks like changing my password has already sorted out the problem! It was just that on my facebook feed I could see someone else listening to music on my account. Thank you anyway!
Someone is on my account again after I changed my password.

Are you absolutely sure? What behaviour are you seeing on the account to suggest this? Currently there's no-one online using your account anywhere.
Perhaps try reinstalling Spotify if you're getting the error message. This could simply be a bug.

Hey Jøx, I've disconnected all active sessions on your account. Let us know if the problem continues.
A friend acidentally logged in to his FB account from my spotify account and I don't know how to disable this. I've tried logging out but it doesn't help.
Hey einie1, welcome to the Community.
This should fix it:
1. Disconnect your Spotify account from Facebook.
You can do this in your Spotify Preferences (Spotify » Preferences in Mac and Edit » Preferences in Windows)
2. Exit Spotify.
3. Log in to your Facebook account in your web browser.
4. Run Spotify again and reconnect to Facebook.
Great! Thank you!
now and then after partys i log in. (people wont pay for premium) but the day after is hell in 2 ways. hungover and somone stealing spotify.
i saw that you "dissconnected" peoples account. is there no way to do that by your self?
regards.
I'm having the same problem as everybody else on this thread... All of a sudden while listening to music it paused because someone is using my account elsewhere.
Hi! Can you please do that to me too?! My 10 hour limit is gone in like 30 minutes.. I had premium for a long time, but I can't afford it this month. I know at least 2 other people are using my account, but I don't remember whom.
password change works for me. but it takes a little while before the change applyes on alredy logged in accounts?

All users have now been logged out of your account.
I am experiencing an issue where someone has logged into my account and changed the email address and password on it so I can not reset the password or change my email back to my correct email. The only reason I can still access the account to see this is because of facebook. I contacted support on Friday and have not received a response back.

Sorry to hear this, do you have a case reference number that I can chase up?
