Someone else using my account

My Question or Issue

Since last week i am noticing someone else is also using my account, i never got any notification about other devices using my account, i did password reset but it was of no use. When i play my song suddenly it gets changed into another song and its not audible in my phone it just keep showing different songs playing without me doing anything. When i check recently played song there are several songs since last week being played which i have not been listening to
