Someone hacked my account

Hey guys!

I unsubscribed from spofity to test apple music.

Now i'm back and someone was using my account!

With premium using ma card i think.

I had one playlist and it's gone. All saved albums are replaced by different music. And someone was listening when i was loggen do my phone?

I have screens. Can someone help me?

I did reset my password.

On screen 1 someone deleted my playlist

On screen 2 someone is using device i don't have.

On screen 3 someone is listening to music

Hello @thrusher89!

You can still access your account right?

The first step would be changing your password.

Once you've done that, enter your Account Overview and scroll all the way to the bottom.

Click on "Sign Out Everywhere" to guarantee no one else is using your account.

Try thinking how that user got access to your account to stop him from entering again.
