Someone hijacked my account

I'm still linked through Facebook, but they somehow got in there and changed the email address to theirs. HOW CAN I KICK THEM OUT AND FIX THIS?!?

Go here (1) and click "Sign out everywhere". And then I'd change the pwd.

No, see I've already done that, but they have changed the password and the email address to something that I don't know. So there is no way that I can change the password now, because I don't know what they changed it to. And any request to reset the password goes to their email account.
