Split Spotify and Hulu between different residences

I just bought a new truck in which I want to listen to commercial free music. I already have ad free Hulu at my residence. Hulu only allows one account per residence. I want my daughter to have the Hulu account at a different residence. Can I accomplish this or is this against some policy? My plan is to have her sign up for Spotify premium with Hulu using my Paypal account for payment. My daughter uses Hulu and I use Spotify on my mobile phone. Any issues with doing that?

Hey @montana16, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great! 

That's a great question. Spotify Premium and Hulu will work if your Hulu gets switched to the ad-supported version, and won't work if it's on the ad-free version or Live TV. 

As long as Hulu and Spotify are connected to one account, there shouldn't be an issue with using Hulu at once residence and using Spotify at another residence.

If you do get any error messages, please reply back here - and we'll work to resolve it together.

May I ask who you are if you are not a spotify employee, no disrespect intended? I am one who wants black and white answers when it comes to spending money. "Should work" is not enough for me to spend the money or give up my personal information. If you are not a spotify employee, how can you help me? Again, no disrespect intended. I am right on the edge of doing it,really.

No worries - I am a Community Rock Star but I am not a Spotify employee, which means people that have expert knowledge with Spotify, including the app, and other areas.

So I signed up for premium with the hulu w/ads. So far, everything works as Billy-J said it would. Thank you and hopefully it continues to work. Now I have to learn how to use app with android auto.
