Spotify Account Hacked - Please Help!!

He Mods,

 

Some jerk hacked my Spotify account and I'm a little freaked out. I can log in via Facebook but I cannot change my email or my password because the hacker changed both on my account. I was able to cancel my premium subscription so the hacker couldn't get my credit card information but I still cannot change anything.

 

The guy who did it put his email address as realswagger@hotmail.com and keeps forcing all of this hip hop music playing on my PC and Android client.

 

I already did the "log out everywhere" option but I really need to change my information and possibly delete my account so I can disassociate it from my Facebook page (where I'm assuming the hack happened).

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I think it sucks there is no number I can call to get immediate assistance...

Update:

 

I completely disassociated my Facebook page with my Spotify account (which I didn't need a password for) and create a new account completely. I had to make another forum name in order to reply. I would love to have my old account back if all possible and gain it back from this asshat who hacked me. I had a long history on that account and a lot of friends/playlists and a month left of Premium before I cancelled it due to this issue.

 

Please help. I filled out a support ticket but since support is associated with the hacker's email on-file on the account, I can't get a reply from them.

I suggest you contact support  so they can help you

 

On this contact form you will be able to tell them which email address to send the reply to

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Thanks, Matt. I contacted both the contact form and the Twitter account and have not heard back yet. Hopefully soon.
