Spotify Account Reverted to Free

Hi there,

 

My Spotify account is under a Fido subscription agreement here in Canada until late 2017. I registered back in December and now in March it's reverted my account back to free for some reason.

 

I tried calling Fido to revert my plan back, but it's an insane hassle trying to perhaps delete this account and re-registering VIA fidohub.ca, as it keeps saying that my phone number is already linked to this account.

 

Please help!

Also just a quick note: they have said they reset my code for the fidohub.ca portal. Apparently the issue was that I moved my phone number from one name to another. But I still am not able to access the promotion through the portal for my specific Spotify account!

Unfortunately, you have to go through Fido as their is not much we can do for you here 😞
