Spotify Account - change details

I've been a long term Spotify user and rarely log out of my account, so for convenience, over the last years have been loggin in via Facebook and have since deleted my old email address and do not know my original password.

Spotify will allow you to change your account details but only if you have your original password. Spotify will not allow you to reset anything without this. To change your password, Spotify will send you password reset links via your original registered email. For me, this email no longer exists, so i am in a Catch 22 situation. Oddly, Facebook allows you to enter your email to where you want Spotify notifications to.

Anyone offer any advice as to how to reset email address and password, as i want to start a Premium account for which i need to access and change some Spotify details. 

I will have to keep checking here for replies, as obvs the 'email me when someone replies' checker wont be any use!
