Spotify accounts are for 'personal, non-commercial' use only.

You can read more in the End User Agreement

This would definitely be for personal company use not commercial we are a private company no customers no store front just an office building that wants to play music over loud speakers. That's all. I would be the only person logging in and using this.

The End User Agreement also mentions:

The following is not permitted for any reason whatsoever:

...performing or displaying to the public, broadcasting, or making available to the public any part of the Spotify Service or the Content.

They do offer enterprise solutions though:

I understand the End User License Agreement. I had our 2 Corporate lawyers look at this and both had said there is no mention of a restriction if the user entity is a business. Also that solution you mentioned is for public store front type of business’s I just want to make clear we are a private entity. we want to play music over a loud speaker in our office of 100 employees ONLY. Now I am not a part of our corporate legal counsel but I do have to ask what is the difference if I am hosting a party of 50-100 people and playing my playlist over a loud speaker and the situation I am explaining?

Please be more clear and specific so I can understand and my legal coulee here can understand as well.

Thanks

I'm no lawyer, so I'm sorry I can't be of more help.

Those quotes from the End User License Agreement are standard intellectual property restrictions which music labels impose, and imho, are meant to be confusing.
