If ym Company is the entity or owner of the acocunt how many people can log in and use it? (Not simultaneously) And how many users can listen to it at a given time if kept internal to employees only?

The End User Agreement also mentions:
The following is not permitted for any reason whatsoever: ...performing or displaying to the public, broadcasting, or making available to the public any part of the Spotify Service or the Content.

Those quotes from the End User License Agreement are standard intellectual property restrictions which music labels impose, and imho, are meant to be confusing.
