Solved!! I have been charged for a premium account when I cancelled

I got a 3 month spotify premium account for 99p, but do not use it enough, so cancelled, the 3 month subscription has come to an end, despite me cancelling £9.99 has been debitted from my account, can I have this refunded please.

Don't want songs deleted

My spotify app on android is glitching so I think I need to uninstall it. If I uninstall then reinstall it, will the songs and playlists I've saved/created still be there? (Just saying I have regular free spotify, not premium)
