I have tried spotify for a month now, i had it until the 31/3, but i canceled my subscribtion the 29/3, but now i have pay a month again... How can i get my money back?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Sorry Caroline10, I'm not getting any resolution or explaination to date from Spotify Support regarding my request to refund my PayPal acct. $10.11 CAD (inv 977260261010 03/23/16) Responding to premium-gbp@spotify.com is apparently futile.
I've since blocked thier accountI.
I did remove the Android App and have never installed Spot on my PC, so what am I paying for? oh, ya - the frustration!
