Charged FOUR times after getting errors

Charged FOUR times after getting errors

I've had my spotify account for some time and I took about a months break to try another streaming program. I decided to come back and I re-sign up for spotify Premium.

As I was attemping to sign up again I kept getting this error: "The CSRF token is invalid. Please try to resubmit the form."

This occured SEVERAL times. Little did I know I was still being charged even though I got the error and SPOTIFY TOLD me "resubmit" the page.

I did it a final time and got to the "success" or w.e page telling me I'm finally subscribed through Premium.

What do I do? I need my money back.

Are those charges 'pending'? If so, they should disappear by themselves in a day or two.

If not, you can contact customer support through this link:

https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/

They'll help you out.

No, money has been withdrawn out of my account. Not pending

I have a reciept for ONE transaction of $4.99 in my email

Then get in touch with customer support, they'll check things out for you.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
