Spotify Connect not working anymore

My Question or Issue

Hello,

Since yesterday, I have a problem with spotify connect.

I can't connect to phone with desktop app (not microsoft store) and using device as remote. Each time I try to connect, the app on the phone comes back to the last title that worked with spotify connect.

On phone, I cannot see my PC at all even with the app launcher on foreground. On PC, I see the phone as usual, but when I try to connect, I'm staying in a loop of "Connection" in the PC while my app on phone do the bug described above.

By the way, I tried with the web player, and it was worse than the mobile app.

To test, I tried to create a new account (free) and to use spotify connect between mobile and web player and it worked !

So the problem comes from my account.

If you think your account is the problem then please contact support so they can assist you in transferring your stuff on a new account.
