I've been charged twice for each of the last 8 months. Once each on my paypal and once each on my checking account which I *cannot* disconnect from my account.
I've contacted Spotify support 8 days ago and still have no reply and I will be charged again in the next week.
I've just now canceled my Premium subscription in the hopes that I will stop getting charged.
Please, Spotify team, I need some feedback. I have been a loyal paying customer since 2012.
Of course, I'm sure Spotify has no incentive to look into issues for users are getting double charged except to avoid the users' claim that they are being taken advantage of.
I'll be complaining on all public forums possible until I can get a response.

OK. I think I've discovered the issue. It is a misreading of my accounts. My paypal is debiting from my ACH.
Spotify is NOT double charging me.
Please excuse my rudeness.

I suspect it is because I attached/detached facebook account at some point and switched from ACH to paypal auto-pay.
I don't have any records of a second account, and my ACH charges do not have reference numbers.
I suspect your billing system detached my recurring ACH payment from my account because I cannot see any record of it in my Account Profile.
None of my alternate emails seem valid in the 'Forgot your Password' section.
I can provide my checking account routing/acct number over secure channels so you guys can look it up.

I do have the problem. For the last few months Spotify is charging me double while I only have one account on my credit card.
Spotify, please check this out.

Arnout
