Spotify Family, error about different countries (I am not)

Spotify Family, error about different countries (I am not)

So guys,

 

Today I bought the Spotify Family for me and my sister, BOTH are in the same country as you can see here, but when she tries to reedem her code, the error message saying we are on different countries appears. I already checked their account and mine, both are BR.

 

So, what do you guys recommend me to do?

I'm thinking it may have something to do with your internet browser. You can actually redeem the code from here https://www.spotify.com/family/redeem/ and that should work fine.
