Spotify Family not recognized

Spotify Family not recognized

I recently added my daughter in my Spotify Family account and with my help, we were able to successfully redeem the code and her spotify account is successfully activated under my Spotify Family. However, after logging out and logging back in her account ( we even uninstalled and reinstalled her spotify app ) , her account still shows trial version. Her online account though shows she is subscribed to Spotify Family. What should we do?

Hey @MischelleAbrio,

 

Try logging into her Spotify profile on her browser here with her email. Her username will be displayed after login.

 

After that, check the status of her subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in her device, and be sure to use that username, instead of her email address, to login to her account. It's the one with the Premium features.
