Cancellation

Hi 

I subscribed to Spotify premium this morning with my NUS student discount at £4.99pm. However, my brother and my dad also want it so I now want to cancel and subscribe for the family offer instead at £14.99 a month.

Do I have to stay with Spotify for the full 12 months at the £4.99 pm or can I cancel straightaway and resubscibe for the faily offer? And if I cancel, will I still be able to use premium for the month until the renewal date?

Hey @amaraz8,

If your Dad pays, and invites you to the Family plan, your remaining subscription time should 'freeze' and will become available once you're out of the Family Premium.
