Hello,

 

I've signed up for a premium Spotify membership via KPN Netherlands Mobile. However, I wanted to join spotify premium for 30 days trial. I tried to call KPN, they said they cannat undo my order anymore, they said try to contact Spotify directly. However, I havent received any email from Spotify yet with my subscription code. I was wondering if I still can make use of the free 30 days trial instead of paying directly €7,50 each month?

Unfortunately, once you have had premium you are ineligible for the 30-Day Free Trial 🙂
