Spotify Premium Stopped Working!

 I purchased a Spotift Premium account in December for a year long subscription and yet in three months, I play my songs and it has advertisements and does not allow me to listen individual songs on my iPhone and google home. This has been happening for around a month now, a 12th of the subscription which means that our money is going to waste, and I have tried everything in order to fix it. My account seems to have just stopped working my card details were updated a while ago, payment was taken but now for some reason it has stopped and wiped all of my music
