Spotify Premium isn't working

Hi there, 

I paid to get my student discounted version of spotify premium, and with that came the free week of premium. After that week was over, premium no longer works even though I have paid for the subscription. I have tried uninstalling it and logging back in, and nothing seems to work. I am using the same username and password that is on the reciept. Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions on what I can do to get it working? I love Spotify, and would love to have premium working properly. Thanks for all the help!
