Hi there

 

I was offered free spotify premium for 30 days and when I went back into my phone app it only offered me 7 days. I would like to try it for 30 days not 7 but the 7 days is now already activated. Can someone help me get the 30 day trial?

Hey !

The 7 days or 30 days trail is when you first instal the app. And the 30 days free trail is when you buy for the first time premium via credit card. 

Nachdem ich meinen Account hier in Hong Kong 3 Tage gar nicht benutzen konnte, hat das Einloggen nun endlich wieder geklappt. Dass meine kompletten Offline-Songs nicht mehr verfuegbar hab ich mit Zaehneknirschen so hingenommen. Doch wenn ich meine Playlisten nun erneut offline verfuegbar haben moechte, erscheint ein Pop-up, dass ich doch bitte Premium Member fuer diese Option werden soll. 

Ich bin seit ueber einem Jahr Premium-Mitglied und habe auch die Kosten fuer den Service in diesem Monat gezahlt. 

 

Gibt es eine Erklaerung, warum ich meinen gezahlten Service nicht nutzen?

Ich bitte um eine schnelle Antwort, da ich endlich wieder unterwegs Musik hoeren moechte.

@julesinaction - Could you just confirm your account is showing as Premium with a renewal date in the future here?

the overview show me as a SPOTIFY FREE user. But why? I have a permanent banker's order with my german bank account since 2012! Why do I have to pay doubled just because I am in another country. And why is it just half the price I pay in Germany?

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.
