Hi Matt, i have tried reinstalling multiple times, and still nothing - any other recomendations of how to fix it?
Have you tried a clean reinstall?
Advanced method:

Easy method:
Download this free app cleaner. It's super easy.

When you open up the app, search for Spotify and it will automatically find and delete all files on your computer related to Spotify.
I use it all the time and it's a really great tool. If you ever decide to uninstall an app, the best way is to use this tool.
After that, download and reinstall Spotify.
Still not worked, i have clean reinstalled twice, (that app is very useful thank you for that) but still not worked, i have attached a picture of what happens with all of my play lists - anything else you can think of?
Have you double checked your internet connection? Have you tried restarting your mac? I'm not sure what else you could try. At the point it looks like a problem with the internet connection because it's not loading.
