Spotify account disabled and getting no help

Hi there,

I'm on a fake account because I can't log in to my actual premium Spotify account. 

I need some help as I can't seem to contact ANYONE about this as no one is replying to my emails and all my browsers say "Too many redirects" everytime I click on resetting my password. The ones I DO try and click in my email are saying the link is invalid and my account isn't existing .

This is because yesterday I found weird playlists on my spotify profile, that I hadn't listened to. I contact the support form and on a live chat someone said they'd "fix my account for me" to make sure no more activity was going on that wasn't me. 

This morning I try and click on my app as usual and it says log in... I log in, it says username and password wrong. I click reset password, it sends an email to my link that says it isn't valid when I click on it. I try resetting it again. It says my account is no longer signed up with a Spotify account. 

I can't contact someone about this as I CANT log in, so I made this account, tried to email someone and got back "try pressing the forgot my password button".  I feel extremely frustrated as my account has just vanished and no one is helping me on how to recover it. 

Please can someone advise me on what to do? There doesn't seem to be any way of fixing this.

The email you received, could you reply to it? Seems like you're in touch with Spotify support and they will get back to you without a doubt 🙂
