Spotify charged me after i cancelled my subscription

Spotify charged me after i cancelled my subscription

You guys charged me after i cancelled my subscription. I tried to get a hold of you guys, but it seems the only way is through email. Unfortunaly the email my spotify is linked to is an email i no longer have access to. I tried updating it (through spotify "help" guideline but the email refuses to update - Note: spotify is linked to my Facebook, facebook updated properly, but your stubborn website refuses to update. This means that EVERYTIME i contact you guys, YOUR system is set up to Automatically always reply to the email linked to my Spotify account. Can someone please help me out, this is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form. If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
