Spotify charges my paypal double every month!!! what can i do to stop it

Hello, i really dont know what to do.
Last year i changed my facebookpage to a fansite. so it was not possible anymore to log in on spotify with my facebook.
I created a new personal page on facebook and used this for spotify.
But since last year spotify is changing my paypal double every **bleep**ing month.
I already tried to report the payments on paypal, but this doesnt help. they closed all my cases.
Is there somewhere an contact formular where i could write to the people of spotify? i cant find any contact on the website.

for this issue your best outlet is the spotify support team available here.

let them know in as much detail as possible your problem, OS, payment type etc.

they'll sort out the payment discrepancy for you ^_^
