Spotify continues to charge me for my free trial

Spotify continues to charge me for my free trial

I signed up for the free trial in January...and have been charged for February and March. When I emailed (or whatever) about my issue, the respondee told me that they couldn't tell me what was going down, because there wasn't any proof. I have little to no patience or time for this stuff and I despise emailing. I would really love to talk to someone and get this issue solved quickly because I am not typically "that person" who blows up over this kind of stuff but this whole round about sucks. Plus, I can't even use the Premium I am buying, which I was going to just settle with. <- which makes absolutely no sense 

 

Please help me quit my subscription!

The 30 day free premium trial is the start of a rolling monthly subscription, so you need to cancel it before the 30 days is up if you don't want to be billed. Instructions on how to cancel a subscription are here

 

If you have any difficulties or requests for refunds etc, unfortunately they do have to be handled by the Spotify support team via email. If you aren't satisfied with the response, just reply back to the last email you have and someone will be able to lend a hand further.
