Spotify doesn't recognise my username or email - CANT LOG IN

Hopefully someone can help.

My username is Superbird and the long user name is 6itkc3twbvm3t5vtq862r4xmn.

When I enter this to try to reset new password no email is sent through to the registered account. 

I also enter in my registered email to reset my password and it doesn't recognise that either. I haven't had trouble before but now this. 

I really need to get access to this account. 

Does anyone have a suggestions as how I can access .

Not sure if this will solve your issue, but I went through this tonight. I’m using gmail and it automatically marked my pw reset email from Spotify as “important”, which for whatever reason resulted in the email not showing up in my actual inbox folder. If you haven’t tried this already, search for “spotify” in your email client to see if it will come up.
