Spotify family doesn't allow me to add family member

I started with Spotify family and it works ok for my 3 kids but it doe not allow my wife to become a member. First it says she is already a member (she isn't), then when trying to logon with her e-mail she is being told she has subscribed with Facebook already (unknown to us). How can i add her to Spotify family, i've been paying the 15 Euro already for a few months now but whatever i do, she is somehow not allowed to be added.

Hey @Martijn8,

Please tell her to sign up for to Spotify on https://spotify.com/signup. Once signed up, she should be able to accept the Premium for Family invite.
