Spotify not recognizing my email when trying to login, but then when I try to setup a new account...

Spotify not recognizing my email when trying to login, but then when I try to setup a new account...

It says my email address is already connected to an account.  I can't chat to Help because it asks for me to sign in to do so, which I can't do.  The account was setup as a FREE account in August, and has been used a handful of times since.  

 

Setup on iPhone WEB, not using the app.  The app is associated with another account on my phone.  Can't login with regular desktop web either - on Chrome.  

 

HELP!  Thank you!!!

By the behaviour you described, it sounds like your account may have been disabled. You can find more help with this in this Support article.
