Spotify playing on another device, logged out everywhere and changed password, still playing

Hello,

I was using spotify when all of a sudden the song switched to a different one and starting playing on a different device. It started playing on a samsung tv that I do not own. So I went to my account and hit "log out everywhere" and then changed my password. I re logged in and the device switched back to the samsung tv.

Looks like someone is hijacking your account.
