Spotify premium - Enter a valid zip code

I am a Canadian user, and I would like to sign up for spotify premium, but I'm totally unable to do so.

Once I enter my credit card info (or select paypal), my postal code is already there, and I am told that I must enter a valid zip code. The same message appears for paypal.

If I try and change my postal code or check it in my profile settings, I get the same message "Enter valid zip code" and I can't change any info or sign up for premium because my postal code isn't recognized. Even if I wanted to change it, I am unable to.

Are there any ways to get around this super annoying issue?
