Unable To Access Student Discount

I currently have Spotify Premium 

I followed the direction on this page:

However, I do not see this screen as shown on that web page:

The webpage never asks for my college or name information, and I never reach the page where the discount is offered.

Sorry for the trouble! There is currently a glitch with the student discount page for some people. The website team is still trying to fix it.
