Spotify premium and family charged

Spotify premium and family charged

It's been more than a month since I upgraded from premium to family but I'm still being charged 5.99 for the premium service on top of the 11.99, how can I solve this.

Same problem. Sundely i have been downgraded to free.

Did you get email receipts for both subscription purchases? Check the Spotify username(s) you may be paying

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout, and be sure to use it to login to your account and check the status of your subscription here:

 

and also check your receipts here:
 
 
Seems like if you were paying more accounts than you're using.

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase? In it, it shows your Spotify username

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
