Can not use my spotify on my computer

I sent an email at 11:10 this morning and I have not received a reply.  I am sorry however when paying $15.00/month I would like someone to get back to me sooner than later since I am unable to use my Spotify on my computer.

Happy Monday. I just got into the office and went to play my Spotify and got the error "You can't open the application "Spotify" because PowerPC applications are no longer supported" I went to your website to re-download spotify and I still cannot access my spotify acct. I am on a mac. Can you please help? Spotify is a big part of my solace for my job that I have.
