The only receipts you can get can be found here: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/.
Keep in mind that those receipts can't be used for Tax Return purposes in most countries.

Thanks for the reply.
As @Maxim has mentioned initially, we're not able to issue out receipts with your name on them. This is because, such information from your Spotify account is not included on the receipt. Our customer support team won't be able to issue any different kind of receipt from the one you can get on your account page/ receipts.
The receipt does have a date/ amounts and indication of payment method.
