Spotify thinks I'm in the wrong country.

Spotify thinks I'm in the wrong country.

I’m getting an error code/message
Error code 408

I signed up when spotify opened for Argentina and now i see that the default country was set to USA and spotify is in offline mode. I have the same problem in my desktop computer and my iphone. Tried to change country with no success, so i tried with my FB account, also the same problem, again country dropmenu is disabled and USA is choosen by deafult.

 

Can you please help me with this? My username hephaestus99

If you can't get it changed yourself, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team who can lend a hand to change it manually.

To speed things along with support, reply to the automated email you will have received when you opened a case (even if it is from no-reply). That will bump your case over to an adviser asap. 😉
