My Spotify web keeps saying I have "too many" tabs open when I really have 5 open, I have tried removing my browser history and resetting my computer but nothing would work, anybody else have any suggestions on what else I can do?
this is what my screen shows me, i have had this problem since yesterday, i have no clue what to do now-

As cache can cause different issues, could you also try with clearing the cache and cookies of the browser?
If there's no change, it'd be great if you could test with an incognito-window, in a different browser and if possible, on another device.
