Spotify with Rogers. Cannot link 3rd account.

I'm new with Rogers and with spotify.

I got the premium spotify account with my rogers account.

I successfully added 2 spotify account to myRogers, but the 3rd one won't register.  I always get the message : 

Spotify Unavailable

We're sorry, but we can’t continue your registration to Spotify right now. Please try again later.

It's been 2 weeks and still have the same message.

I had some troubles with rogers at the beginning and with my first spotify account linking.

How can I know if there is already a 3rd account connected with MyRogers account ?
