Spotify with fido

I recently got a fido pulse plan which gives me spotify premium for 6 months. I already had spotify premium with fido a year or 2 ago, then i left fido and paid for premium with my CC. Now when i cancelled my subscription and tried to re link my fido number with my spotify account it says,

ATTENTION!

This Spotify account is already associated with another phone number. Try a different account, or create a new one.

I'm using the same phone number and account as i had regiustered last year. Can you link these 2 accounts? I don't want to have to make another spotify account.

Since your subscription is being managed by Fido, we suggest reaching out to them directly. They should be able to help you fix this issue.
