Spotify won't accept my username/password

Spotify won't accept my username/password

I can't log in.  I just get the horn sound and the invalid username/password message.  I've checked firewall and reset password but nothing works.  Could it be I'm setup for the wrong country (USA) when I live in Canada?  I don't know how to change these settings.  Very frustrated, please help.

What error message do you get on screen? 

 

If you are a Spotify free user, you won't be able to use Spotify after 14 days (if you registered a US account) since Spotify has not yet launched in Canada.

thanks for the reply.  no error message, just invalid username/password.  just signed up so it hasn't been 14 days yet. thanks.

yes, i can log in to the website but not the application i've installed in windows.

Weird, are you logging in using a Spotify username or Facebook (email address)?
